Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hospitality Management qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager within a 5-star hotel or luxury fine dining restaurant (Essential)
- Strong hands-on leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, beverages, and luxury service standards
- Experience with restaurant reservation systems and POS systems
- Strong financial acumen including stock control, budgeting, cost control and reporting
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Well-presented with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable service standards
