• Oversee and manage restaurant management systems (RMS) to ensure efficient store operations, accurate data reporting, and system functionality across all locations.
• Lead inventory management initiatives, including inventory monitoring, stock accuracy, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Manage supply planning activities to ensure timely procurement, replenishment, and availability of materials and products across the organization.
• Drive process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels throughout the supply chain and restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT, to implement system enhancements and operational best practices.
