Sakura is looking for a hands-on General Manager to run the show and make our Pan-Asian dining experience the best in Vadodara.
You'll own daily operations end to end — floor, staff, inventory, costs, and customer experience. We want someone who leads from the front, keeps standards tight, and treats the restaurant like their own.
What you'll do
- Run daily operations across front-of-house and kitchen
- Hire, train, and lead a motivated team
- Manage inventory, vendors, and food/labour costs
- Drive sales, events, corporate tieups, reviews, and repeat customers
- Own quality, hygiene, and service standards
