Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.

Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Support maintenance of restaurants that are noticeably cleaner than others.

Provide coaching and feedback to the restaurant team.

Ensure that preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed by company standards.

Implement marketing strategies and follow cash control/security procedures.

Managing inventory and labour and applying financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.

Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.

Handles recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
