We are looking for a Restuarant General Manager who shares our ambition to create something truly special at Glovers Alley.
This is a key leadership role and will work alongside Executive Chef, Adam Nevin You will be a visible, hands-on leader – setting the tone, driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
About The Role
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop the front-of-house team
- Deliver consistently exceptional, Michelin-level service
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Oversee reservations, guest relations and service performance
- Recruit, train and retain a high-performing team
- Maintain the highest standards across all aspects of the operation
- Manage labour costs, budgets and overall performance
- Drive continuous improvement in service, efficiency and profitability
