Responsibilities

• Manage account plans, relationships, and customer insights
• Act as main contact (strategic & operational)
• Monitor satisfaction, usage, and risks; drive improvements
• Coordinate internally and communicate product updates
• Provide tailored support and maintain CRM data
• Lead commercial discussions and close deals
• Drive upsell/cross‑sell and manage growth pipeline
• Support customer planning and build reference clients

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a solution‑oriented mindset
• University degree preferred
