Respiratory Therapists (RTs) are essential members of the healthcare team, working alongside physicians, nurses, and other professionals to care for patients across all healthcare settings. As experts in airway management and oxygen therapy, RTs assess patients and manage life‑saving equipment. They monitor patients closely, adjust therapy as needed, and use strong clinical judgement and teamwork to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Eligible for and maintains licensure to practice as a respiratory therapist in the Province of Manitoba
