Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 plus commission Contract: Permanent Location: Glorious manor house offices, Edgbaston Focus: Candidate sourcing and candidate delivery for education roles
The role
You are the engine room. You find educators. You qualify them. You get them ready to work in schools. You keep the pipeline full so consultants can fill jobs fast. This role is hands-on. You will spend most of your day speaking to candidates, writing adverts, searching databases, and getting people booked in for registration. You will also support the compliance process because education recruitment lives and dies on safeguarding.
