Overview The RM Senior Associate is a member of the EY Canada Resource Management team supporting Consulting. The RM Senior provides functional support to the Consulting RM Leader/Sub Service Line (SSL) RM Leads.

Responsibilities As an RM Senior, you will be responsible for capacity management supporting deployment and the development of the Consulting client‑serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements in order to effectively deploy client‑serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You'll receive regular supervision on a day‑to‑day basis to set appropriate priorities.
Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.
