Your Key Responsibilities As an RM Senior, you will be responsible for capacity management supporting deployment and the development of the Consulting client-serving professionals. You will be responsible for reporting requirements in order to effectively deploy client-serving professionals and provide them with meaningful career experiences. You'll receive regular supervision on a day-to-day basis to set appropriate priorities.
Deployment
Support Consulting RM SSL Leads in addressing complex scheduling assignments.
Regularly review CRM/pipeline data to proactively match resources to committed deals/highly probable pursuits
