Overview
Reporting to the Geology General Supervisor, you will be part of the Geology Department at the Upper Beaver Gold Project. You will lead the development and stewardship of the geological resource model and associated data systems from exploration to production.
Responsibilities
- Establish the resource geology function from the ground up, building processes, teams, and tools to deliver reliable models, grade control frameworks, and reconciliation practices.
- Oversee database management, QA/QC, 3D modelling, interpolation, and geometallurgy.
- Guide multidisciplinary teams in understanding the geological context of the Upper Beaver deposit.
- Lead geological domain, estimation, and model validation.
