Resource Centre Manager — Part-Time Impact & Support

Sight for Surrey is seeking a Resource Centre Manager in Ashtead to lead a supportive team focused on helping individuals with sensory impairments live more independently.

You will be responsible for overseeing the resource centre’s operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and making a significant impact on clients' lives. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and people skills, along with experience in relevant fields or service delivery.

The role offers a salary of £30,000–£32,000 pro rata, based on experience, with part-time hours over 4 or 5 days.
