Resort Reservation Specialists create a pleasant and engaging experience for Sun’s RV Resort customers through inbound and outbound call efforts, completing site reservation transactions and selling vacation rental home reservations, vacation enhancers, and upgrades.

Job Duties

Field incoming phone calls from resort hotline and the field (Essential)

Respond to incoming web chats ensuring a positive customer experience (Essential)

Guide incoming callers through the reservation process (Essential)

Ensures a positive customer experience by effectively managing the site rental process through inbound and outbound calls and Sales Force lead software which includes reservations, payments, and retaining knowledge of all company RV resorts and amenities (Essential)
