The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to take over and run an established, beautiful 10-room boutique resort in Quepem — set in the lush, unhurried green heart of South Goa, surrounded by forested hills, paddy fields, and spice country, yet within easy reach of the South Goa coastline and away from the crowds of the northern beaches. You step into a property that is already operating, with the autonomy to make it your own. The real upside is what comes next. There is a significant expansion opportunity to scale the resort from 10 rooms to 20–25 keys, and to build out a full wellness programme — spa, treatments, and retreat offerings — that becomes a core part of the experience and a major new revenue stream. You will report directly to the founders, with the autonomy and visibility to shape both the day-to-day operation and the growth of the property from the ground up.
