As a Resolution Case Manager, your focus will be on addressing inquiries from Financial Services Consultants while coaching them to bridge knowledge gaps. You'll also take ownership of escalated issues and consult with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the CSC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Timely response to inquiries from Financial Services Consultants
• Conduct training sessions for individuals and small teams
• Take ownership of and resolve escalated client issues
• Consult directly with Executives and the Ombudsman
• Manage the CSC Knowledge in-box according to service levels
