Residential Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to help make our home a safe, happy and welcoming place for children and young people aged 8-18.

Our young people say they want staff who listen to them, have fun and join in, help them feel safe, don’t give up, and can explain things instead of just saying “no”.
