  • Handle inbound leads from digital platforms, portals, and campaigns
  • Qualify high-net-worth (HNI) prospects and understand requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for sales team
  • Provide detailed project information (pricing, amenities, location advantages)
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to drive conversions
  • Ensure excellent customer experience during initial interactions
  • Update and manage lead data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Track lead status, conversions, and report performance
