Role Overview As a Sales Executive , you will drive sales for assigned micro-markets in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to convert leads, understand customer requirements, and grow the business.
This role requires strong customer interaction, field engagement, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Connect and communicate effectively with potential buyers.
Manage leads from the first interaction to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and provide timely information to customers.
Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Position the organization effectively against competitors.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
