We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to join our team in Comox. The role involves overseeing residential homes in community‑based and residential settings, managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring quality of care, and supporting staff growth and administrative duties.

What You’ll Do

Program & Service Delivery

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of residential homes, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered care
• Champion individualized support by aligning services with each person’s goals, needs and preferences
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements
