Job Description
We are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join our client-focused Beaconsfield property team. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring efficient progression of matters from client instruction through to completion, delivering high-quality, client-focused service and maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a mixed-complexity residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions; progress matters to agreed timescales and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Carry out client care and AML checks at intake; open, maintain and close client files in accordance with firm procedures and SRA requirements to ensure matter records are audit-ready and compliant.
