Transform lives as a Resident Care Attendant with AgeCare Cariboo Place in Williams Lake, British Columbia. This casual position focuses on aiding seniors with personal care and daily living activities in a supportive community.
As part of your role, you will report directly to the Executive Director or Director of Care. The position emphasizes personalized care, ensuring residents participate actively in their daily routines while receiving companionship and support during therapeutic and recreational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Support meal delivery and maintain laundry services
• Implement and participate in recreational and social activities
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Maintain a resident-centered approach in service delivery
Requirements:
• Completion of recognized Health Care Assistant program
