Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the Resident Assistant delivers exceptional service that enhances the ownership experience at Fairmont Heritage Place, At Nature’s Door.

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to Owners, Guests, and colleagues.
• Respond promptly to Owner and Guest requests, ensuring a high standard of service and follow-up.
• Assist the maintenance team with minor service and repair duties of homes and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including the lodge, health club, change rooms, washrooms, and pool area.
• Maintain appropriate linen and supply inventory.
