Luther College High School invites applications for the role of Residence Manager – Women for the academic year. Reporting to the Vice Principal of Student Life, this position is responsible for supervision, administration, guidance, and development of the residence program and tending to the general welfare of students. The successful applicant is required to live in a suite on campus. Duties to commence approximately August 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

Residence Student Support

• Responsible for the general welfare of all female dormitory students through direct oversight of day-to-day management of girls’ dorm.
• Implement a dorm curriculum through weekly meetings with dorm students. Share in the planning and supervision of two monthly dorm activities.
• Support the social, academic, and personal adjustment of students to dorm life and school.
