About the Role

Arcare believes that care and support is shaped by the quality of the relationships and interactions between residents, families and team members. The Residence Manager plays a crucial role in creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for Arcare residents. You will ensure that the Residence operates efficiently, provide leadership, direction, care and financial management, while overseeing a diverse workforce. You will be instrumental in the overall success of the Residence, and the well-being of its' employees and residents. Your primary duties will be:

Staff Management: Overseeing and managing Leadership roles, including Clinical, Environmental, Catering, Lifestyle and Administration. This includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a competent and well-functioning team.
