The Reset Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing Reset Specialists, while ensuring labor cost-effectiveness, maintain high levels of customer service and adhere to KDP merchandising standards.

Direct Reports:

• 8 Associate Reset Specialists
• 1 Office Coordinator (POS Clerk)
• 1 Sales Coordinator

Roles direct reports support:

• Reset Specialists are responsible for the timely completion of all scheduled resets within our service areas (Reset Execution across DFW and Southern OK) Irving Century, Irving Trinity and Sherman areas., including all Small and Large Format accounts.
