Reservations Specialist (All Segments)

Location: Cape Town Salary: R 20 000 basic salary plus benefits Industry: Hospitality & Tourism Employment Type: Full-Time Key Requirements: - Hospitality qualification or equivalent preferred. - Minimum 35 years experience in hotel reservations within a 4-star or 5-star environment. - Proven experience handling and converting all reservations segments. - Strong knowledge of Opera. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required. - Ability to work in a high volume, fats pace pressurised work environment - Exceptional administrative skills - Professional and diplomatic disposition.
