Job Description
This is a senior role for someone who can run the full reservations function across multiple luxury camps, guiding every booking from first enquiry through to arrival while managing relationships with trade partners and agents. You'll need real depth in luxury safari reservations, solid systems knowledge, and the leadership skills to guide a small team. Core Criteria: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in reservations or front office within luxury hospitality or the safari industry Solid understanding of Southern African travel, safari logistics and luxury guest expectations Proficient in reservations systems such as Panstrat, NightsBridge or similar Strong leadership, team management and mentoring ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages an advantage) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure Genuine passion for luxury travel, wildlife and conservation Core Responsibiliti...
