Job Description

Works closely alongside Front Office team to manage transient reservations.

To manage and coordinate all hotel reservations, ensuring guests receive an efficient, professional, and welcoming service from the point of booking through to arrival. The role is responsible for maximising room occupancy, maintaining accurate reservation records, supporting revenue targets, and delivering excellent guest experiences in line with Marriott brand standards

Candidates will have the ability to motivate the team, deliver exceptional results whilst ensuring the business integrity and processes are followed seamlessly.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

· Account Management: Assisting with corporate travel accounts, wholesalers, and preferred travel agencies to drive individual bookings.
