Job Description
Encoders is looking for an experienced Research Publisher who can join our dynamic Team. This is an on-site FULL TIME position and ideal for candidates with a strong track record of successfully publishing research papers in Scopus, WOS, ISI, SSCI, SCI, or SCIE-indexed journals. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and hands-on experience in managing the entire publication process.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the entire research publication process including writing, preparing manuscripts, selecting journals, submitting papers, managing revisions, and ensuring successful indexing.
- Make sure all publications follow journal guidelines and meet high ethical and academic standards.
- Liaise with editorial boards, reviewers, and journals for smooth publication workflows.
