**Job Description**
Our newly established tumor and skull base basic science laboratory in the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated Life Science Research Professional 1 (Research Technician) to join our team. The lab is focused on translational research with emphasis on in vitro and in vivo experiments using tumor cell lines, murine tumor models and patient derived tumor organoids. The Research Technician will work closely with postdoctoral researchers and medical students, playing a central role in both experimental execution and day-to-day laboratory operations.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in biological sciences.
+ One year of research experience in a basic science laboratory.
+ Preferred prior experience with experimental techniques relevant to cancer biology including cell culture, flow cytometry, rodent handling and maintenance of transgenic mouse lines, genotyping, stereotactic surgeri...
