Work location: physical location only, no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Administer nutrition plan for food preparation and service programs
• Analyze current scientific nutritional studies to improve nutritional programs
• Conduct research to improve nutritional programs and food service operations
• Develop nutrition plan for food service programs
• Evaluate normal and therapeutic menus to maintain and enhance general health
• Evaluate program effectiveness to improve the nutritional value, taste, appearance...
