At ING we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Strategic Researcher to join our Strategic Research & Design Team of New Business. The team’s mission is to bring the reality of customers and society closer to the bank and inspire the bank’s strategy through research, translating it into strategic conclusions with real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research that goes beyond descriptive insights within record time.
• Identify strategic pillars the bank can act on.
• Reduce uncertainty around targets, products, and contexts.
• Detect emerging customer trends.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in qualitative analysis and confident tackling a blank page.
• Integrates multiple sources of information and consistently produces outputs that are more strategic than tactical.
• Experience in futures design.
