We are seeking a Research Engineer to build and maintain modeling and simulation infrastructure for energy‑aware accelerated computing systems. The project covers AI compute architecture, chiplet‑based systems, memory bandwidth, photonic I/O, co‑packaged optics, and heterogeneous integration.

The first milestone will be a Python‑based compact model for short‑reach optical I/O and energy analysis. The framework will later expand toward broader system architecture, package integration, and device‑technology modeling.
