In this hands-on position, you'll support Product Development and Production teams, assisting with laboratory preparations, factory trials, and product quality evaluations. Your expertise will aid in scaling up processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste, ultimately bringing delicious products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare formulations using approved recipes for testing
• Produce samples for customer presentations and evaluations
