Position Summary

The R&D Chemist is responsible for researching and developing polishing materials (Chemical Mechanical Planarization‑CMP) for the semiconductor industry that meet specific company and customer requirements. The role includes creating polishing compounds from inception through pilot plant phase and documentation, generating new concepts, solving complex technical processes, and providing technical advice and consultation to peers, departments, and customers.
