Our client, in consumer cleaning goods manufacturing is seeking an R&D Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have chemistry, formulation, and team playing skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Research & Development Assistant (Chemistry)
Location: Montvale, NJ
Contract: 11 Months
Pay Range: $27 - $30 hourly
What’s the Job?
Support development and formulation of new products and technologies aligned with consumer insights and brand initiatives 
Assist R&D projects through the full product development lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams 
Conduct product testing, performance evaluations, and data analysis to support development decisions 
Perform hands-on laboratory work, including basic bench techniques and equipment operation
