Research Assistant (Experimental EUV Nanophotonics)

The LUMINOUS! Centre of Excellence for Semiconductor Lighting and Displays at NTU is seeking a Research Assistant (Experimental EUV Nanophotonics) to support an NRF-funded project on EUV nanophotonics and chip-scale EUV light‑source technologies. The role involves supporting device fabrication, vacuum-system integration, electron‑beam/cathodoluminescence experiments, EUV emission measurements, detector calibration, data analysis, and project reporting. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting‑edge research in EUV nanophotonics, semiconductor light sources, multilayer optics, and next‑generation nanofabricated photonic devices.
