Job Description
The Rescue Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational functions of the rescue team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Rescue Action Plan.
- Coordinate, manage, and supervise all functional groups involved in rescue activities.
- Determine rescue organizational and logistical needs.
- Develop receiving briefings and situation reports and ensure that all rescue personnel are kept informed of mission objectives and status changes.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver Technical Rescue training programs, including classroom instruction, hands‑on practical exercises, skills assessments, and competency evaluations.
