Requirements / Process Engineer  3 to 5 years experienceStrong knowledge of requirements engineering methods (elicitation, documentation, traceability, validation) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).  Experience in process mining techniques and tools (e.g., Power Automate process mining) to analyze and optimize workflows.  Ability to apply process modeling notations and patterns (BPMN, EPC, UML) to design and improve enterprise processes.  Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, agile process optimization).  Understanding of AI lifecycle management in Azure AI Foundry (model catalog, monitoring, governance).
