Job Description
Own and drive key revenue KPIs including ARR, conversion rates, and CAC across B2B product lines. Design and deliver product strategies that automate and scale B2B sales funnels, including self-serve experiences, sales tooling, and PLG motions. Lead end-to-end product developmentfrom ideation and PRD creation to prototyping, data analysis, and post-launch optimization. Partner closely with sales and operations teams to align product execution with go-to-market goals and customer needs. Leverage AI and automation to enhance workflow efficiency, product intelligence, and user experience. Champion a bias for action, thrive in ambiguous environments, and take full ownership of product outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to customer-facing teams, ensuring product solutions meet real-world business challenges.
