Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and construction sectors Promote and sell form work systems, concrete machinery, dry-mix products, and admixtures Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements and project specifications Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial quotations Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records Requirements Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and ...
