Request for Proposals - Air Travel Services
Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) currently has over 50 BCI staff working in Pakistan. We travel domestically and internationally (Europe, Central & Southeast Asia, Africa and North America), for: field visits, visits to other offices, visits to members and partners, annual team meetings, BCI conferences/workshops, etc.
We are seeking proposals from Travel Services Providers who are registered in Pakistan, are interested in partnering with BCI and can offer travel services through an online booking tool. The Travel Service Provider should provide services including, but not limited to air ticketing, airport transfers, hotel reservation, visa services, embassy visa appointments, and other relevant travel services, with majority of the services available on the online booking tool.
