The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization’s legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.
This role in summaryYou’ll be in charge of managing how employee inquiries and requests are routed through Human Resources, including resolving, escalating, reassigning, or redirecting them when needed.
Your responsibilities will include- Answer general HR questions about policies and procedures
- Support employees navigating SuccessFactors and our internal HR Portal
- Assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General Guidance
