Role

Inside Sales Representative – first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch.
• Complete sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing.
• Provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and assist in the development of new customers.
• Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A desire to succeed in a stable and growing company.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
