About The Role
Bring your energy for fast‑paced repairs and people leadership to our growing WPS team in Derbyshire. As a Repairs Supervisor, you'll support the Project Lead day‑to‑day and step up to lead the contract when required, ensuring operations remain safe, compliant, and on track across voids, disrepair, day‑to‑day repairs, and planned works.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running an efficient operation, optimising resources and meeting KPIs
- Managing workflows to ensure jobs are completed within target times
