This is a 3-month contract position with a local authority, aimed at leading and managing a team of Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) operatives responsible for delivering responsive repairs within a social housing environment. The role is crucial in ensuring that repairs are completed to a high standard, on time, and in compliance with quality, health, and safety requirements.
