Current Issue

Staircase wooden fire doors are damaged at multiple levels and require repair or replacement.

Scope of Work

• Inspect the damaged staircase fire doors.
• Repair or replace the damaged doors as required.
• Ensure the doors match the existing size, thickness, and finish.
• Refix/adjust hinges, locks, handles, and closing alignment as required.
• Check proper opening and closing after completion.
• Clean the site after completion.

Materials and Quantity Required

1. Staircase wooden fire door, size 215 cm x 91.5 cm, thickness 5.5 cm – 5 Nos.

2. Door hardware / fixing accessories – As required (Lot)

3. Door repair / finishing consumables – As required (Lot)
