Lead depot repair operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and fast turnaround.
Drive standardised processes, KPI performance, and quality compliance (ISO 9001, IPC).
Manage workforce planning, training, inventory, and repair logistics.
Develop partnerships with OEMs and vendors to expand repair capabilities.
Support multi-brand, multi-technology repair services across diverse products.
