1. Current Issue

A crack has been observed on the main drainage box/pit. Existing drainage box size is approximately Height 67.5 cm, Length 220.5 cm, Width 121 cm.

2. Scope of Work

• Inspect the cracked drainage box area.
• Clean the affected crack area.
• Remove loose/damaged surface material around the crack.
• Repair the crack using suitable cementitious/waterproof repair material.
• Finish the repaired area properly.
• Clean the site after completion.

3. Materials and Quantity Required

• 1 Main drainage box crack repair work - 1 Job
• 2 Cementitious / waterproof repair mortar - As required Lot
• 3 Bonding agent / sealant - As required Lot
• 4 Finishing tools and consumables - As required Lot
