:
  • Implement repair and maintenance strategy aligning with RCM analysis, FMEA, RA, and within WCM framework.
  • Managing work orders & daily operations execution for planned and unplanned maintenance across sites.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions from RCA & CI initiation.
  • Prioritize daily work on critical equipment.
  • Control and monitor KPI target: MTTR, MTBF, %Breakdown, equipment availability & reliability, response time.
  • Execute work in compliance: WO compliance, schedule adherence, backlog maintenance.
  • Lead and develop technicians including develop competency matrix, skill upgrading.
  • Support WCM integration across sites especially for PM, FI, and supporting AM.
  • Enforce standards (corrective & preventive maintenance, EHFS) & OPLs implementation.
